Confidentiality, Export Controls & End-Use Statements
We operate under a pre-NDA understanding - any sensitive information you share with us is treated as confidential. If you need a formal agreement, email us and we'll provide our standard mutual NDA, or we're happy to review and sign yours.
If your boards are subject to restricted country-of-manufacture rules (such as non-China sourcing in South Korea, Europe, or the UK) or export controls requiring a signed End-Use Statement (EUS) naming the manufacturing facility before production Gerbers can be released, note this in your request or upload a non-controlled reference design first. We will confirm the approved fabrication site and execute the required documents before controlled files are transferred.
